To paraphrase Samuel Johnson: "He who is tired of pizza is tired of life". 

To ensure this never happens to you here is Lol's homemade pizza sauce recipe: 

- 1 cup semi-sun dried tomatoes (Sicilian if you can get them) 

- 2 cloves garlic - freshly squeezed lemon juice (about a third or so -just enough to make your tongue sweat)

- 1/4 to 1/2  teaspoon dried bouillon stock 

- Tablespoon olive oil 
- 1/2 tin whole tomatoes or 1 cup passata 
- Salt to taste.

Now...

Blend all the ingredients together. 
That's it. 
The big secret to great tasting pizza sauce is DON'T PRE-COOK THE SAUCE!" 
Just spread it onto your fresh pizza dough, bung on loads of fresh mozzarella and some grated cheddar and bake at the highest temperature you can get your oven to. 
Oh, and before you do, scatter it with some marjoram and basil.
